Subscription with automatic renewal
The In-Store license is an annual subscription. To assure that you are covered legally by our service without interruption, the renewal of your In-Store license is automatic, after the one-year subscription.
Notification and cancelation
You will be informed by email about every renewal of your license with a few days' anticipations. In your client account, the date of the next renewal is visible at all times. Note: make sure that the email address indicated in your client account, is your main email address and is kept up-to-date.
The automatic renewal can be canceled at all times directly from your client by clicking on the 3 bullet points “cancel subscription”. If you cancel your In-Store license after it has been renewed, this cancelation will apply to the next renewal (after one year).
Refunds for In-Store licenses
In-Store licenses cannot be refunded after they have been renewed. If you did not wish to renew your license, make sure to cancel the following renewal from your customer account. More info on cancelation and refunds can be read in the Jamendo Terms of Sales
