How to cancel your In-Store license
Note: deleting your account will not cancel your license, nor the automatic renewal of it. Do you have a yearly license subscription? Then you can cancel your license at any time directly from your client space. Simply click on the 'Cancel my Subscription' by accessing the 3 dots.
This will cancel the process of the automatic renewal of your In-Store license. Your license will remain valid for the remaining time period of your license.
Note: you can access the certificates and invoices of all your In-Store licenses also after they have been canceled/expired.
