A National full License grants you the following rights:
The National full license includes the rights of the national license, namely:
- Modify or adapt the track to synchronize it with the below-mentioned projects.
- You can NOT modify the work itself (e.g. remix the track, add lyrics to the track).
- Synchronize one track with one video or audio content that is published online.
- Synchronize the track with audio content for national radio.
- Synchronize the track in a mobile application/video game with broadcasting and commercial usage within the country only. (Broadcasting internationally is excluded).
- Synchronize the track with any project nationally broadcasted/performed in public
Furthermore, the full National license includes the rights to:
- Synchronize the track with video content for national TV
- Synchronize the track with video content for national cinema
- Synchronize the track with video content for national video streaming purposes.
The national full license cannot be used for any of the following purposes; an updated license type is required in such cases.
- Synchronize the track with a project that is broadcasted on radio*
- Synchronize the track in a mobile application/Video Games*.
- Synchronize the track with any project that is broadcast or performed in public*
- Synchronize the track with a project that i broadcasted on TV/Cinema/streaming*
- Synchronize the track with a project that is distributed on physical copies.
*This specifies that commercial and broadcasting usage is restricted to national boundaries and is not permitted internationally.
