You have tried to make payment by credit card but you have encountered a technical error asking you to get in touch with the Jamendo team.

From experience, 90% of such cases are linked to an error type called “Authorization Declined” associated with your bank blocking the payment. It does not mean you have insufficient funds in your account but it is often linked to the fact that your bank has taken preventive measures because you do not often do business with companies in our country.
If you encounter such a situation, we advise you to:
- Try with another credit card -If that does not work, please contact your bank to ask them about it
