While trying to log into our In-Store application, the authentication fails.
First of all, make sure you are in the right application. We know this sounds obvious, but there are two official Jamendo applications available in the stores. Jamendo Music & Jamendo In-Store. Your subscription grants you access to the Jamendo In-Store application, so make sure that is the one you have downloaded. A direct link to the In-Store application is available in your client space.
The access code required to log into the Jamendo In-Store application is not your usual Jamendo Licensing password. Once logged in to Jamendo Licensing, you can find your access code on this page by clicking on 'Access Radios'. On iOS devices, you are asked to type in a second piece of information: your company name. This is the same company name that was given at the time of the purchase. This information is visible on the following page of your client space.
