Can I upgrade a license?

We know project scopes are constantly subject to modifications so we can upgrade a purchased license to a superior version without any problem.

Two conditions for benefiting from a license upgrade:

• The project in which the work is used must remain exactly the same: it is only the broadcast scope that becomes wider

• The upgrade request can only be made during the same calendar year as the initial purchase

Such upgrades cannot be made directly on the website, so we invite you to get in touch with us using our contact forms. Make sure you specify:

• The license type you need

• The invoice number (JAM-WEB-XXXXX) of the track you want us to upgrade
