If you wish to cancel your subscription so that it will not be renewed automatically, all you need to do is fill in our contact form.
While filling in this form, make sure you specify one of the two following pieces of information:
- Your last invoice number (JAM-WEB)
- The e-mail address linked to your Jamendo account
If you are using our services for several establishments but just need to cancel one of the several licenses you own, make sure you also specify the address of the establishment for which you want us to cancel the renewal.
Although you do not have to give it, we are always pleased to read about your reason for cancellation as it can help us improve our In-Store product. So do not hesitate to drop us a quick line about it. You can be frank and honest: these are the comments that help us enhance our services.
