How to reset In-Store radio Password

To reset your password for the Jamendo InStore player available via Hotmix, you must first log in to Hotmix.com. Please use the credentials provided in your account dashboard, as listed below, to do so.

Once you have successfully logged into Hotmix, you will be able to access the various in-store radios by selecting the "Instore Radio" tab, as shown below. This will give you access to the 10 available radio stations.

Next, navigate to your account dashboard by clicking the emoticon in the top-right corner of the Hotmix screen, and then select "Sign Out" as shown in the image below.

Once you've logged out, click on the "Login" tab at the right side of the screen, then select "Reset Password" to create a new password for your InStore account.
