Payment of the In-Store license

The In-Store license is a subscription that is paid annually.

If you are new to Jamendo you will first benefit from a free trial of two weeks. After the two weeks trial, the license will be renewed automatically, except if you choose payment via bank transfer.

Two payment options for In-Store

1. online with a credit card
2. offline by making a bank transfer

Online payment with credit card

If you are subscribing to a free trial we will ask you to enter the details of your credit card. The price of the subscription will be retained on your credit card in the form of a provision. The charge will be made only after the free trial is completed.

To ensure an uninterrupted coverage by your In-Store license, the renewal after one year will be made on the same credit card.

Payment with bank transfer

Alternatively, you can pay the In-Store license by bank transfer. We recommend sending the payment a few days before the free trial expires, to ensure that you are legally covered without interruption for streaming music from Jamendo.

If you choose payment with bank wire, we will provide you with a proper offer including our bank details and VAT number. Licenses paid with bank transfer include a set-up fee of 10 €/$/£.

Note: make sure to indicate the SALES-WEB number on your transfer, so that we can locate and activate your license.
