When should I use the In-Store application?
Do you have a strong internet connection at your venue? Do you have a smartphone or tablet that you can dedicate to the music playback? Can you easily connect your device to the audio system in your store?
If yes, then the In-Store application could be the best solution for you.
Note that the application currently works best when it runs in the front. Using other applications simultaneously might cause temporary interruptions of the music. Therefore we recommend dedicating one device solely for the music playback.
Where do I download the In-Store application?
The In-Store application can be installed on any portable device using an Android or iOS software:
Note: Jamendo does not currently provide a desktop app. To stream the radios from your computer, use our dedicated streaming link.
What is my access code?
To enter the application you will be asked to enter your access code. Each In-Store license has a unique access code that you can find in your client dashboard. Here's how:
- Login to Jamendo Licensing with your email address and password.
- Next, click on 'My Account' to enter your personal dashboard.
- Here choose the menu 'In-Store', containing all your In-Store licenses.
- Next to your current license, click on 'Access Radios'.
- You can now read the Access Code
Enter the access code to log in to the app and you can start streaming music.
Note that the access code is not the same as your password to connect to the Jamendo Licensing page. The access code always starts with a hyphen '-' which needs to be included with the rest of the code.
