Subscription with automatic renewal
The In-Store license is an annual subscription. First-time customers benefit from a two-week free trial. To assure that you are covered legally by our service without interruption, the renewal of your In-Store license is automatic, after the free trial as well as after the one-year subscription. This is only true if you pay online by credit card. Jamendo cannot renew your license automatically if you choose bank transfer as your method of payment.
Notification and cancelation
You will be informed by email about every renewal of your license with a few days' anticipations. In your client account, the date of the next renewal is visible at all times.
Note: make sure that the email address indicated in your client account, is your main email address and is kept up-to-date. All email notifications from Jamendo are sent to that address.
The automatic renewal can be canceled at all times directly from your client account. If you cancel your In-Store license after it has been renewed, this cancelation will apply to the next renewal (after one year).
Note: Deleting your customer account will not cancel your In-Store license. Make sure that you cancel the renewal from your client dashboard before deleting your account. You have already deleted your account? Contact us and we will cancel the renewal for you.
Refunds for In-Store licenses
In-Store licenses cannot be refunded after they have been renewed. This also applies to the renewal of free trials. If you did not wish to renew your license, make sure to cancel the following renewal from your customer account. More info on cancelation and refunds can be read in the Jamendo Terms of Sales.
Why don't you pay artists? Why do you write every time: that the money was sent? That's a lie. As artists, we will ban the use of our music, let the customers start to return their money.
